Ordering Information:
Thank you for ordering coins from us. After finding coins
you wish to purchase, please send us an email with the coin
descriptions and your shipping address to:
csmith1541@yahoo.com
We will confirm your order and send you a total with shipping.
Our business is now mainly internet-based, please send us
email rather than calling by phone.
We now accept US dollars, Euros, or Japanese Yen. All prices
are in US dollars which we can convert to Euros or Yen.
Payment information for US customers:
Your personal check is preferred, but we certainly accept cash,
money orders, and bank checks. We do not use credit card payments.
I am sorry, we don't use paypal.
Payment information for International customers:
We accept bank checks and money orders in US dollars, but they
must be payable at a US bank (other than American Express). We
do accept traveler's checks from any US bank/credit card company.
We may wait 10 business days (or a period required by our bank) for a check
to clear before sending your coin(s).
For large amounts, we do accept wire transfers. You can also
use Western Union (but they are expensive). For smaller
amounts you can mail us cash in US dollars or Euros.

We do accept Euros cash, or Euros deposited in our Paris France
bank account. We can accept Euro checks, but they take weeks
to clear from the US. Please ask for bank details if you
wish to transfer Euros to our account.
US Customer shipping methods:
We use the US post office fully insured mail for all shipments.
If the coin(s) are valued over $600, we use registered/insured
mail for extra security. If an item is lost, you agree to be
compensated by the post office insurance. If the post office
declines the claim, we will not refund your purchase price.
The cost of airmail delivery is
a base of $3 plus $1 for each $100 of value. Minimum shipping
charge is $3. Please see the shipping schedule below:

International Customer shipping methods:
We will ship to any place on Earth. We recommend using
registered mail for a cost of $10, but we can also use
Global Priority airmail for $6 (except Italy and Greece).
Express mail delivery is available by the US post office/EMS/DHL
at a cost of $25 (available to most countries). Insurance
may be available by parcel post airmail (please ask if you need
insurance and we will quote a price from the post office). If no
insurance is purchased by the customer through us, then the customer
must provide their own insurance if needed.
For low value coins, we can send them by regular airmail
for $4 (heavy items or boxes are extra).
Insurance for your
shipment may not not available. If you are in Canada and
want insurance, it does cost slightly more, please ask. Insurance
to other countries may be limited to $40. As insurance may not be available,
we do not accept responsibility for lost items. We ship
only at the buyer's risk. If an item is lost, you agree to
help us claim the insurance money to refund your purchase. If the
post office or insurance company does not pay the claim, we will not pay
the claim to you. Please note that you agree to the
terms of sale when placing an order or sending payment.

All coins have a lifetime guarantee on authenticity to the original
purchaser. Return policy: You can return any coin purchased directly from our website for up to 30 days after
purchase for any reason (except for items priced near bullion value). Items with authenticity issues
must be labeled as not genuine by an organization such as PCGS, ANACS, NGC, or an expert we recognize.
Layway available: 10% down payment. Balance due within 4 weeks.
If you use a layaway, please intend to pay it off promptly. If you are
late in paying according to any agreed upon terms, we can cancel your order and
sell the coin(s) to somebody else. Please note that layaways that have been abandoned for 6 months will have the
deposit and payments forfeited (please do not put us in this position).
We will hold or reserve coins for you. But please note that
if payment is not received in 2 weeks, they might be sold to
somebody else. Please email us if payment
is delayed to avoid this situation.
Delivery dates, either promised or not, can not be guaranteed due to postal delays or international customs delays beyond our control.
